An article in the "Datebook" column, describing the quest for the best table in a restaurant. Featured are the tables from three Charles Phan San Francisco restaurants designed by Lundberg Design: The Moss Room, The Slanted Door, and Heaven's Dog.
"If you want to score the hipster seat at Heaven's Dog, Lundberg says it's at the end of the bar next to the restaurant's private room, where you can see everyone and everyone can see you. The designer just likes it from an architectural standpoint—it's the only spot on the bar that's made from poured resin illuminated with sexy mood lighting."
